Understanding Notice of Eviction:
There are Five important elements of a notice for eviction:
- Detail of Land
- Public Purpose for which the land will be used
- Alternative proposed
- Time provided before eviction
- Process of Appeal.
Along with these Five important elements, a notice must have the name and address of Notice issuing authority in locally understood language along with signature and stamp of the authority.
